How it works
No middlemen, no marketplace sellers. You're buying directly from the owner.
1. Pick a handle
Everything listed is owned by us and checked for strikes, bans and recovery risk before it goes live. If you want something that isn't listed, ask and we'll source it.
2. Send crypto
Choose a chain at checkout and send the exact amount to the address shown. Quotes are held for 20 minutes; stablecoin is recommended on larger orders so the price doesn't move.
3. Get access
Once your transaction confirms, credentials, original email access and recovery details are delivered — usually inside 30 minutes.
4. Aftercare
We stay reachable for 7 days after delivery to help with 2FA setup, email migration and handle transfers.
The protection chain
Crypto is final once it's sent, so we never let a buyer pay a seller directly. Every order runs through Sylo, and the money only moves at the end.
- 1
You open a protected order
Signing in creates an order reference tied to the listing, the price and the chain you picked. Nothing is anonymous on our side, so there's always a record to fall back on.
- 2
You pay Sylo — never the seller
Funds go to a Sylo-controlled wallet, not the seller's. You paste the transaction hash and we confirm it on-chain against the exact amount quoted.
- 3
Funds are held
Once confirmed, the order moves to 'funds held'. The seller can see the sale is real and starts the transfer, but they can't touch the money yet.
- 4
Delivery and 24-hour inspection
You get the credentials, original email and recovery details. Change the password and 2FA, then log in and check everything. You have 24 hours to inspect it.
- 5
You release, or you dispute
Press release and the seller is paid. If the account is wrong, missing, or gets recovered, open a dispute instead — the funds are still with us, and a verified failure is refunded to you.
- 6
Sellers are accountable
Sellers apply, get approved, and trade under a public username with reviews and a location. Verified sellers carry a blue check, every admin action is logged, and a seller who burns a buyer loses access and payout.
